Hi! To answer your first question, I built my website using Dreamweaver and a simple technique where I use the attribute ‘swap image’ to show my art. You can do something similar using an online html generator called Lightbox, but I’ve never tried it. You can also use weebly.com to make websites. I use Lithium Hosting to host mine, its about $22 a year. As for medium, I use a variety of sizes in Pilot G-Tect-C4 pens and Slicci pens. Using a magnifying glass helps me get all of those details. Then color is done in Photoshop CS3.  And I do ship internationally.
